Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: An open-concept kitchen, living and dining areas on the third floor are great for entertaining and relaxing. Sink into the comfy, beach-blue sofa, placed before a flat-screen TV that’s perfect for watching a weekend sporting event or a movie. Serve meals at the kitchen island or at a dining table with chair and bench seating. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen with plentiful storage, open shelving, and stainless appliances. From the third-floor balcony, you can hear live music from Town Center on holiday weekends and during the summer high season.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the second floor, the primary king suite offers a handsome bed with driftwood grey headboard, a bathroom with walk-in shower and dual sinks, and balcony with rocking chairs where you can relax. Also on the second floor, a queen guest room shares a lovely bathroom with an office area featuring a cozy work space, desk, and TV. Dolphin Destiny is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Dolphin Destiny the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
