It is a pleasure to know that you had a nice holiday in our hotel and highly appreciate the feedback you gave us. We are sorry about the cleaning aspect in the pool bar toilets, we will try to tpay more atention to it from now on. As for the archery and the rifle shooting, we thought that the change will be positive for the clients, because there is more space downstairs, we are sorry you did not like the change, we will try to find a better solution for it.
