Located on the Great Lawn, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath beauty offers great people-watching from the spacious porches and two balconies. A reverse floor plan puts the main living spaces – kitchen, dining, and living room – on the 2nd floor to take advantage of views. The well-stocked kitchen offers stainless appliances; a 5-burner, gas stove; a handy, Samsung, convection microwave; a coffee maker as well as a Kuerig, and a Vitamix blender. A variety of stemware and serving pieces make entertaining easy, and you’ll find all the tools an inspired chef would expect. Feed a crowd at a dining table that expands with two leaves and seats as many at 10, while barstools at the kitchen island provide additional seating. These areas open into the living room, which features a 65” Smart TV and a comfortable, beautifully designed seating group with sofa and chairs.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: This home sleeps 10, and each bedroom offers en-suite bathrooms and 50” TVs, plus king-size beds and custom linens in every room except the cozy bunkroom with twin over full bunks. The gorgeous, 2nd-floor primary suite beckons as a serene retreat, with a large soaking tub and oversize, glassed-in shower in the sumptuous, tile-backed bathroom and a plush, king-size bed. The other three bedrooms, all on the first floor, are they’re serviced by a convenient kitchenette complete with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Seaside Sojourn is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Seaside Sojourn the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
