The space is perfect for large, family meals, with seating for five at the expansive island and at the ten-foot dining table set in a stylish nook.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: Enjoy more than 1,300 square feet of outdoor living space, relaxing on three spacious decks. The main, outdoor living space, located on the first floor, centers around a gas log fireplace where you can relax after beach time and watch the Port Aransas sunset.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Capella boasts three, private, King bedroom suites with private baths. Two of these are suites detached from the main house—one on the first floor and one accessed via a walkover and located above the garage. Both have private entrances, and the one over the garage has room for a Pack ‘n Play or traveler toddler bed. The third, private king bedroom is a primary suite located on the second floor of the main home. This primary king has a spa-inspired bathroom with over-sized, walk-in shower and soaking tub, and the suite opens onto its own private deck.
A fourth king bedroom, also located on the second floor, shares a bathroom with the living area that offers the four, twin bunk beds in an open area. Finally, another second-floor bunk room, with its own private bath, sleeps five, offering three twin bunks and one queen bunk.
