We got up to the floor our room was on, and stepped out of the elevator to a large pile of boxes - it looked like huge stacks of wall mirrors or some kind of decor for the rooms. We made our way past that to our room, which was pitch black and freezing cold on entering. We found a lamp switch and turned up the heat but it took a longtime for the room to warm up. The bathroom had no trash can and the toilet did not flush. Maintenance fixed the toilet handle as soon as I canned the front desk, but overall it was not a super comfortable stay.

Second time here and will be the last. People are loud!! Room smelled of cigarette or something. Entire walk thru and to 3rd floor reeked of marijuana. Beds were comfy and is very close to airport, so if that is all you are looking for it works but we'll be trying somewhere else next time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Place smelled great and was clean. Only dropped 1 star because there was broken grout, rust, and a small hole in wall in bathroom by the tub. It was clear they have done alot of work to update!
