Well, I did not like that. The staff was not helpful within my situation. I also don’t like that the staff couldn’t provide me with the general manager’s name or email to contact, especially I was visiting and don’t live in the area. Also the bathroom sink the water didn’t go down as well as The tub. I also found it on that I was hearing water leaking when I was taking the elevator and I was kind of scared because it’s electric and it was not taken care of at all. Overall, the staff is not knowledgeable of any type of information and we do not like to disclose their titles meaning that if they are a manager or not, but then later within conversation, they do so

Edward at the front desk was super awesome!! The drawers on dresser werent working right and a few minor other things but it was a friendly stay and our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Water was kind of cold, but a nice area.

The hotel is falling into disrepair, but the faces were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Its location was incredibly convenient to the airport and the shuttle offering was invaluable. Would stay again.

First thing I noticed when entering the room was the entertainment center falling apart. The second when getting ready to take a shower, the shower knob was so loose it almost fell off in my hand. Then there was no soap in the room at all. Had shampoo and two bottles of lotion, no soap.

Quick stay

This was a quick stay as our daughter had a 5am flight. It was easy to check in and out. Great location for restaurants as well. The gas station across the street was very convenient. We did not use the pool, fitness room, or eat breakfast. But it did appear clean and organized.

Overall okay. Pool was extremely small, looks bigger in pictures. Bfast was ehh, eggs were cold and limited selection of other things. Beds were okay but we had to sleep on throw pillows. When wr went to the front desk the guy said he just gave the last one away and then shrugged his shoulders when we asked what we were supposed to sleep on. Thankfully we were only there for one night
