Staff was average | Room was spacious| Property was noisy (Construction at times) | The water in my room was not working properly and I was giving a key to another room on another floor for showers...Very Inconvenient! | Reservation was made for 4 ppl, however room was set up for 2, always short on towels... No Wash Clothes or Ray to shower with! |Breakfast was local, however not the healthy | Food was limited after Breakfast, Pool Bar only serves food in weekend after 7pm | Phones in room don't work, so you we had to walk down to front desk with any questions or concerns| Onsite Parking was limited

The place is lovely and I would stay again but I don’t like where the pool is situated, no privacy is involved Your breakfast hours are from 7:00am to 9:00am However my husband and I was given one fried bake and some tomatoes choka to share and that was highly disappointing and embarrassing

We recommend this hotel for a true Trinidad experience. The morning breakfast was delicious and the server was awesome. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay there and will return again.

It's really value for money. Big clean rooms breakfast was yummy. The amenities in the room was appreciated. Only 2 things there should be pool access from the building you shouldn't have to go outside and walk around the building. The ac in the room should have been 2 the room is big

The property was great. Very clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff was very hospitable. We enjoyed interacting with Tina every morning and her greay service. We felt safe and there was security on the compound throughout the day. I would definitely recommned this hotel.
