Trickle Creek Lodge offers 80 accommodations with fireplaces and coffee/tea makers. Accommodations offer separate sitting areas. Televisions come with cable channels. I liked the facility but the pool wasn't open when we arrived and there wasn't a note when we booked that the pool was closed. There is only one restaurant that is open in the evenings and we didn't care for the food.

So disappointed to show up and the pool was closed. Main reason you pick hotels for summer vacation to have a pool. Only one of the two hot tubs had water. The hot tub that was open. The jets didn’t even work. The room was clean, but out of date. Property due for some updating. Staff was friendly.

The pool was terrible! Was so disappointed to stay here specifically to have a pool day with the kids in the hot sun and it was so dirty, full of bugs and slimy. Not impressed to travel a far distance and not even enjoy the amenities. Please at least have somebody maintain the pool properly.

Our stay was very comfortable. Great pet friendly resort with lots of areas to walk your dog outside the resort. Location was good, just a short drive into downtown Kimberley. Loved that there were laundry facilities available as well.
