What makes this apartment really special is its great outdoor area. The building has a large communal pool and a children's pool, ideal for cooling off on summer days. Next to the pool, you will find an exclusive beach bar for neighbors, where you can eat or drink without leaving the premises and at very affordable prices. In addition, the apartment has a private parking space on the ground floor of the building, which guarantees peace and comfort during your stay.



Inside, the apartment offers a master bedroom and a living-dining room equipped with a sofa bed with Italian system, comfortable and easy to open.
