Great location at the beach and near restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Amazing breakfast buffet with many options. Room was updated and spacious. They had a daily tea service that included snacks and a live pianist. I highly recommend!

Great location and ocean views

The hotel is very clean and modern, located in a safe tourist area. The only reasons 5 stars was not given is the free breakfast buffet was not good and when checking out, you have to wait until they go check your room before you can leave. The checkout only took 5 minutes but still surprising and a bit insulting to have to go through.

Really lovely stay at Haian. They bent over backwards to make my stay absolutely perfect. Excellent costumer service at all times. The room suite was large and spacious with the best sea view ever. Sadly the weather was awful so couldn’t utilise the beach much but the hotel made me feel very welcome.
