There was a problem with the bathtub faucet during our stay, but it was resolved quickly, so we were satisfied. Since the facility is quite large, we used the electric buggies to get around, but check-out can get crowded, so I recommend allowing plenty of time for check-out.

This resort was top notch. The service was impeccable in every area, from the front desk to room service to pool attendants to the gardeners. The beach and pool amenities were exactly what you would want for a day at the beach. So beautiful! The rooms were clean and bright with fantastic amenities. The food was delicious. We ate at two of the restaurants as well as the Hyatt Club and room service. We will be back.
