Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa offers 375 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature minibars and safes. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Magnificent. The cat food bowls and the Regency cats near our room very especially cute. The restaurant choices were just to our liking. The beach was superb too, but unfortunately the waves were too small for body surfing. Front desk service was excellent.

Lengthy delay to check in and check out- only two staff on check in desk and challenging wait due to heat and humidity. Resort should consider extending the closing time during summer- it closed at 7pm. Rooms were clean but require some Maintenance required as air conditioning stopped working during the evening and damp smell in one of the rooms. Great family spot with young children

Perfect for kids between 3-10. There is an endless list of things to do for kids and the whole property is kept immaculately. We loved our stay. The only thing is that the hardware of the hotel room and hotel building that we stayed at are pretty old. Fridge is old and not cold, plugs don’t work, lock is semi broken. I think a bit of small upgrade would be very helpful. But the overall resort is really well managed and the private beach is one of the best in Asia.

Gorgeous But Needs Deep Cleaning and Maintenance

Pros: The resort provides great service with fantastic dining options, and plenty of activities for families. Staff were friendly and attentive, and overall the property has great potential for a luxurious beachside escape. Cons: Our stay was seriously marred by hygiene and maintenance issues. I woke up with multiple bed bug bites all over my legs — painful and incredibly distressing. Although we only reported it after our stay, the incident suggests poor room upkeep, possibly due to high occupancy and rushed cleaning routines. On top of that, the kids’ pool had broken tiles that remained unrepaired — dangerous and unacceptable, especially around children. The resort clearly needs to prioritize proper maintenance and cleanliness, or it risks ruining what could otherwise be a 5-star experience

This has always been a go to resort for me when visiting Danang. The resort is beautiful, clean and the service is great. You get access to your own private beach which has beautiful sunrise and sunset views. We stayed in the executive suite that was very spacious and loved waking up to the sunrise every morning. The food was also amazing which is hard to find when you're staying in a resort. Will be back as always.

Loved our stay here! We got a complimentary upgrade to a sea view residence and the room was massive. Room was clean and we had pretty much everything we could need in the apartment. Their buggy pick-up times were a little slow so depending on where you're located, you might have to walk if you're going to the restaurant next to the lobby.
