Wonderful Beachfront Hotel

I had a fantastic time at this sea front property. All the staff are extremely attentive. The rooms are very comfortable and the rooftop infinity pool has a breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding area. Ms. Hannah (customer relations manager) and Ms. Thu (food & beverage manager) definitely went the extra mile for all of the guests.

The property is well maintained, clean and very good facilities. Our room is big, with comfortable bed and soft pillows. A large TV, fast internet and WiFi, with free tea, coffee and a mini fridge. The SPA service is excellent, a price bargained with the service you get. Very friendly, accomodating and helpful staff. Less than a minute walk to the beach, a grocery store beside the hotel, excellent breakfast. A lot of shopping for souvenirs and restaurants near the hotel. More than you can bargain, a 5star hotel in its own right.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We stayed in a beach view suite for 13 nights and loved every minute there. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the free foot massage was appreciated. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The view from and room and the pool area was very beautiful. Breakfast offered was varied and tasty. All staff helpful and friendly. Only 2 lifts serving all floors so at this can be slow but not a major problem. We were on the 17th floor 3 bed apartment, it was fairly noisy in this apartment on 2 or 3 of the nights/ morning with noise from the beach and possibly up in the bar or from the adjacent hotel from 5am and at night until 1am. However, this also meant the location was central to amenities and lots of shops, restaurants. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and felt it was good value for our money.

Hotel was really great. Super close to the beach but not walking distance to a lot of markets, shops and restaurants. Although there is a small convenience store next door. Hotel pool was great and often quiet. The best thing was the staff service. Hannah at reception was beyond helpful and attentive. We were so thankful for her advice and attention during our stay. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was fantastic for our family of 2 adults and 2 children (13 and 11). The room could probably use a fresh coat of paint as could the hallways on the 17th floor. Otherwise it was a great room. The room included breakfast and 4 foot massages. The foot massage was fantastic after a day of walking. The day spa is well worth a visit for a hot stone massage too. Highly recommend Mandila Beach.

The hotel is in a very good location walkable to a lot of restaurants, shops, markets, and the beach. The staff are very very friendly. The breakfast selection is very good. However, since I'm not a breakfast eater, I just prefer to have coffee. It would be nice to have more pasty.selections.

View of the beach was amazing but music from surrounding clubs was extremely loud at night. Very busy hotel - no chance of finding somewhere quiet to sit and relax.
