I loved my stay here so much I cancelled my stay at another hotel and came back. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are wonderfully helpful and so friendly. Property is relaxed and quiet. Shuttle service to old town runs multiple times a day. Views are great from the river room (havent stayed in other rooms so cant comment). Love the complimentary mini bar items and turn down service. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. Food in general was very good. Great price too

As a family of four, we loved our 3 night stay at Silk Sense Resort. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, with excellent beds and pillows. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We visited the spa daily for amazing massages, which we highly recommend. The complimentary shuttle service to and from Hoi An Old Town was very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend staying at the Silk Sense resort.

Best Hotel in Hoi An

This is a wonderful oasis a bit outside of Hoi An. Don't mind the distance to the city centre though, as the hotel has a shuttle service driving quite frequently back and forth. They have a great selection of activities and facilities to use.

If i could give this place 6 stars i would. everything about it was perfect, from the amazing staff who are a credit to this resort, to the free bicycle hire that a short cycle trip shows you the beauty of the country.

The whole entire experience of the stay was excellent, the staff were so wonderful and the everyday greetings, personal handwritten messages and treats left in the room, the atmosphere, the activities, the spa, the food created memories that will last a lifetime. I've travelled all over the world and stayed in 5 star resorts, but Silk Sense's personal touch stood out the most from large international chains. Large rooms, clean, sustainability at the heart of what they do. Cannot recommend this resort enough.
