As a family of four, we loved our 3 night stay at Silk Sense Resort. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, with excellent beds and pillows. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We visited the spa daily for amazing massages, which we highly recommend. The complimentary shuttle service to and from Hoi An Old Town was very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend staying at the Silk Sense resort.

This is a wonderful oasis a bit outside of Hoi An. Don't mind the distance to the city centre though, as the hotel has a shuttle service driving quite frequently back and forth. They have a great selection of activities and facilities to use.

The whole entire experience of the stay was excellent, the staff were so wonderful and the everyday greetings, personal handwritten messages and treats left in the room, the atmosphere, the activities, the spa, the food created memories that will last a lifetime. I've travelled all over the world and stayed in 5 star resorts, but Silk Sense's personal touch stood out the most from large international chains. Large rooms, clean, sustainability at the heart of what they do. Cannot recommend this resort enough. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious & comfortable. However, this is a very family friendly hotel and whilst that’s perfect if you have a family, we wanted something more serene and relaxing. The pool was not a relaxing place to be at all. All of the staff were excellent apart from round by the pool - in a 5 star hotel I would expect someone to come and check on you / take your order from the sunbed but not once did that happen. The spa was good quality and the deals they had on were much appreciated otherwise it would be far too expensive. The food at breakfast is fantastic - so much choice and very good quality. The rest of the food on offer that we tried was very poor. You’re better going to some of the cafes round the corner, which are much better and cheaper. For us, we wouldn’t return but I think if you’re a family with young children it’s a great choice.

Quiet oasis

Beautiful quiet oasis that provided a great escape from the bustling city of Danang. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Rooms are expansive and a wonderful environment.

We had such a great stay at silk sense, the hospitality was amazing, staff went out of there way to learn our names and help us with anything they could. Nothing was too much trouble! Particular shout outs to Hung and Ly who were just so lovely and made our stay extra special. The pool was big and great for all the family. So glad we stayed a little way out of town with the kids, free shuttle buses were plentiful. Breakfast was amazing. Family room was spacious with privacy for Mum and Dad, beds were super comfy
