ゴルフ旅行で利用しました☆

次の日がゴルフで朝が早く、朝食を食べると間に合わないことを伝えたらフロントに手持ちの軽食を用意してくれました。柔軟な対応をしてくれて嬉しかったです。お部屋も綺麗だし、眺めも良かった！ただ、お風呂に入りたくて浴槽のあるスゥートを予約したのですが、水圧が弱くて溜めてもぬるくなってしまい残念でした。

写真の通り、プールのロケーションが最高でした！このホテルで一番安価な部屋に宿泊しましたが、それでも部屋は広く、非常に快適な滞在でした。ホイアンにも程よく近く、場所もよいと思います。

Beautiful resort. Everything was grea except two things 1) no access to the beach and didn't like they added 17.5% tip to the food bill when there prices are already higher than everyone. No wonder people won't eat there.

Floors not clean, dust and grit everywhere. Shower holder half falling off the wall; no balcony in room but a door to no where. Floors slippery so they just put signs up warning people, but don’t mop up the water. My husband fell once and my child fell over four times. Had to ask every day for additional toilet paper as only one roll given for 3 people. Bed duvet was changed but wrong size was out in the bed. A single or double instead of a king sized duvet. When we called to ask for it to be changed we were just handed it, and had to change it over ourselves. Room service breakfast was COLD and hence was disgusting. And to top it off they tried to charge us for mini bar items which we didn’t even use! Would NOT recommend this hotel. It is NOT five star. More like 3.5 stars.

Subpar hospitality and patriarchal presumptions

The caliber of hospitality at Sunrise Premium Resort leaves much to be desired. Perhaps given most of the hotel guests are foreigners, the hotel staff felt more at ease in dialing down their professionalism toward our family upon seeing that we were Vietnamese. In response to our request for a more complete setup to consume our snacks and wine, a staffer casually told us that we would have gotten a full 4-person cutlery setup and wine glasses had we booked a higher-tiered room (bear in mind, we booked a 2-bedroom ocean view villa). Another staffer loudly stormed into our room excitedly babbling nonsensical chatter as she delivered extra towels. The room was advertised to have a kitchenette and dining area. There was no such amenity. We called to ask for a wine opener, and a staffer politely delivered it to our door, with a caveat: she would wait there to take it back after we had uncorked our wine, since they were not stocked with enough of them at the supposedly luxury hotel. Perhaps the most offputting part of the experience was at checkout when we reviewed our bill. The name on the bill had been replaced with that of the only man in our party, rather than mine, the name associated with the booking. The presumption that a man would have to be in charge of the bill left a bad taste in our mouth. It doesn’t matter if the cultural differences are in play, the reality is I, a woman, had booked the room. At the end of it all, I felt ripped off and disrespected.

Wonderful&comfortable stay in Hoi An

좋은 점: 수영장이 깨끗하고 보기보다 좁지 않아서 식구들 놀기에 매우 좋았습니다. 조식/풀사이드바/로비 옆 레스토랑 the lounge/심지어 웰컴드링크까지! 음식이 다 맛있고 직원들이 친절합니다. 음식 강추합니다! 하우스키핑 깨끗하게 유지해주시고 룸 컨디션 깨끗했어요. 옷장에 저울이 있어서 공항 가시는 분들은 캐리어 무게 확인하시면 됩니다(다낭 공항 저울은 폭이 좁아서 불편함) 재방문 의사 있습니다. 특히 아이들 데리고 물놀이 하기에 좋아요. 단점: 층간 소음 심합니다. 저는 윗층 투숙객이 새벽 내내 술 취한 채 쿵쿵 거리고 노래를 불러서 거의 못 잤어요. 생수는 따로 제공하지 않고 텀블러를 제공하는데, 문제는 엘리베이터 옆 정수기에서 버튼 조작이 조금 어려워요ㅜㅠ 어메니티 중에 컨디셔너는 따로 없습니다. 전체적으로: 시설 깨끗하고 직원들이 친절하고 음식이 맛있었습니다. 시기적으로 시끄러운 때가 있는 것 같지만(저희는 음력 설 전이라 그런지 무슨 행사가 있었는지 밤에 해변 쪽 소음이 있었습니다) 전체적으로 올드타운 보다는 한적하고 여유로웠습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

Great Beach Hotel

We had a great two night stay at this hotel. Loved being able to wake up early to watch the sunrise and the beach was lovely with lots of waves. We didn't do the half or full board, just the room and it was a great way to experience the beach. The hotel is very comfortable and the water was amazing. The pools looked lovely, but we went to swim in the South China Sea. Most people are at the pools, so we sometimes had the beach to ourselves. There is a lifeguard and you can rent equipment, but no drink or food service. Perfect for a day reading on the beach under an umbrella and playing in the waves. I loved the water. We had a lovely room with a sofa on the balcony. We stayed in Hoi Ann for a couple of days beforehand to experience the city and then came to this hotel for the Sea. It's a little too much like a resort anywhere in the world to spend a lot of time at, but a perfect part of a larger three week vacation in Vietnam.
