Our stay at The Pearl Hoi An was a wonderful time. We loved the breakfast buffet, it was always a great start to our day, with plenty of variety to enjoy. The location was excellent with a beautiful beach and a short shuttle ride to Hoi An. The service was exceptional, and the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The laundry service was very convenient for our long 19-night stay, and despite staying so long we never got bored. Every day was paradise. Thank you for everything, I would definitely love to come again some day!

Great stay for R&R stay was very friendly and quick to help in any way. The room was lovely bed & pillows super comfy! the breakfast buffet was one of the bests we have had in Vietnam. Other dining was just average and portions small. Pool was lovely and the beach was great not far walking to the little village of An Bang beach.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful, both before during and after our visit. We were a large group of adults and children and were given rooms close together. The rooms were spacious and clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was a large array of goodies and the other meals we ate in the hotel were all of high quality. The staff keep all public areas clean .and the reception staff are helpfu and friendly. They went above and beyond to arrange some complicated transport for our large group and when one of the children left a toy dog behind they went out of their way to find it and arranged for it to be returned. Very much hope to return for another visit. No hesitation in recommending.

Not long after arrival, I walked around the complex and couldn’t figure out what was going on here. The lobby is beautiful, the restaurant and food are really good, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Yet, there’s abandoned shops, all through the complex. It turns out that covid decimated that side of it. It’s a really cool place. My kids and I had a great stay. Throw a few dollars into a coffee or two in the shops that are open and encourage it to grow.

Absolutley fantastic stay for 21 nights 4 of us. We had a warm greeting on arrival and we were informed we had been upgraded to fabulous rooms. Staff were all fantastic and we felt so well looked after throughout our stay. We were given numerous complimentary items durig our stay. I must give a special thankyou to Mr Dung whom we felt made sure wehad a great stsy along with all the staff. We were also spoken to by James asking about our stay and gave us a farewell gift!! The hotel and staff amazing , tha kyou everyone. We are aiig to be ba k theresoon

Fantastic hotel needs a bit of work.the.climate plays havoc on the exterior but the staff work hard to keep it clean and tidy great services loved the movie theatre and the staff were beautiful spoke great english much better than my vietnamese so friendly and really enjoyed the conversations especially with ivy on reception viet in the dining room and the.other lasy supervisor.in the dining room her name escapes.me now. Thankyou so much for a wonderful stay

We were treated like family

We have just had the most beautiful holiday in Vietnam with my mother and our two young boys. It saddens me to read any bad reviews on the Citadines because they treated us like we were their family. Ok so first thing out the way- yes the place is very quiet, not much going on and lots of empty shop units. It’s facing an abandoned hotel project and I guess it can seem a bit bleak. But I can’t focus on that when the hospitality at this hotel was so superb. James the manager came down to meet us on check in because we were staying for an unusually long time, and he upgraded us from the 3 bedroom apartment we booked to a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa with a private pool. As part of the free upgrade he also gave us free spa vouchers to use every single day for the duration of our stay and we also had free laundry every single day- washed dried and pressed bought to our door. All for free. We used the pools (including the big main one) every single day and walked regularly along the huge expanse of beach to eat at local restaurants which had vegan places too. I think most people only stay in Hoi An a few days. What a shame to do that! There is so much to do around the area you should stay for at least a week to enjoy everything there is to see and do. If you’re a family and don’t want to stay in the busy centre of Hoi An which gets a bit much then this has to be worth a try for you- we felt so welcomed and James we can’t thank you enough for everything you did for us xx

Best resort experience we have had. Amazing customer service, super clean, close proximity to Hoi An old town 15mins in taxi. Great food at the restaurant. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with our families 6 and we all loved it. Resort pool was amazing and sensational views. External building Paint work is getting dated but otherwise an amazing stay. We will be back!!

The room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom and shower. The wifi worked well. The problem with this place is that it is enormous in size and the place is like a ghost town. The shops are all empty and there are areas completely deserted. It is not near any town or shops or alternative dining places within walking distance. As you walk around it is a bit creepy and weird. We shortened our intended stay here as it didn't suit us.
