A great location on the beach. Our room was spacious with a lovely sea view& double balcony. Only feedback would be to have more regular shuttle bus into Hoi An centre. There were only 3 buses a day & the bus only had 12 seats which isn’t enough for such a large hotel.

This is a resort quality lodging that is right on the beach. It is vast complex the includes a movie they're. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. Stay includes a sizeable buffet breakfast that has Asian as well as western food. The pool is huge and by the beach. The private beach is never crowded with fairly calm waters. Overall experience was great

It is a luxury resort like feel at a budget friendly price perhaps due to booking through Expedia. Reception and check in was hassle free and was able to get room early. Room was spacious with a great view of the garden, pool, and the beach catching some nice sunrises. Their complimentary breakfast buffet had a variety of food items to satisfy anyone's palate. The place is clean and well maintained. Nothing negative worth mentioning. Riding into town is only a free shuttle away or through Grab for a more expedient offer

The open buffet breakfast is a complete disgrace. I have never seen anything like it in my life. There is no cheese or even eggs to eat. In short, there is nothing. I even have the pictures. I am not exaggerating.

Our stay at The Pearl Hoi An was a wonderful time. We loved the breakfast buffet, it was always a great start to our day, with plenty of variety to enjoy. The location was excellent with a beautiful beach and a short shuttle ride to Hoi An. The service was exceptional, and the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The laundry service was very convenient for our long 19-night stay, and despite staying so long we never got bored. Every day was paradise. Thank you for everything, I would definitely love to come again some day!

I loved the people that worked there they were wonderful, the food was great it was always very clean, the woman that owned the little store needs to be praised for what she does she’s a wonderful woman, never stops smiling can you people tell her for me please she was a highlight, I look forward to coming out there again thankyou you for a wonderful holiday

Good location and friendly staff. It would have been nice to have chairs on balcony so we could sit outside and enjoy the beach view. I did ask for them a few times but they didn’t provide.

Great stay for R&R stay was very friendly and quick to help in any way. The room was lovely bed & pillows super comfy! the breakfast buffet was one of the bests we have had in Vietnam. Other dining was just average and portions small. Pool was lovely and the beach was great not far walking to the little village of An Bang beach.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful, both before during and after our visit. We were a large group of adults and children and were given rooms close together. The rooms were spacious and clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was a large array of goodies and the other meals we ate in the hotel were all of high quality. The staff keep all public areas clean .and the reception staff are helpfu and friendly. They went above and beyond to arrange some complicated transport for our large group and when one of the children left a toy dog behind they went out of their way to find it and arranged for it to be returned. Very much hope to return for another visit. No hesitation in recommending.

Overall very good place to stay convenient Location pool area excellent little bit disappointed with Number of resort shops that were empty and several outdoor areas quite dark to walk around in of an evening Excellent breakfast and all staff extremely helpful and friendly Would recommend and would definitely stay at the resort again
