I won’t stay here again if we ever came back- House cleaner didn’t clean at all they do it just replace towels and they charge me towel cause they said i make it stain and close each towel for 170000 dong and front desk said 2 towels but I thought 2 towels are 340000 dong but she told me it 380000 dong (hahaha I never hear that before in my life this is first time I ever hear too funny too me) And also the front desk people not too friendly they look like they didn’t want to go to work and the valet people who open the doors more happy and friendly than front desk people and breakfast needs more options look like they have same food. And pillow is has blood stain in there we didn’t rely until at the end of our stay and they didn’t put toilet people in room. And the housekeeper people are so loud they talk to each other on the hallway like they argue with each other.

Booked this location largely for the rooftop viewing area of the dragon bridge show on weekends. It is booked out privately these and other days. Noisy events on top floor and tilework above shake several floors down. Good buffet and well maintained hallways and rooms. Indoor pool not heated and more of a show piece rather than for use.
