This place was not what I thought . I should have walked out and left when I arrived but I was out of town with work . Staff was not friendly. Elevator was down the whole 2 days I fret and stayed there due to I was out of state didn’t know area . Over half of staff couldn’t speak English. I normally don’t give negative reviews but this totally irritated me. The staff stated they only had rooms way on 4th floor per elevator was down. I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with a bad knee . Young guys i asked if they could help which carried my luggage and computers. I’d never made it. I felt stuck due to walking down steps and having to come back up 4 flights . Stayed in room the entire stay . I’m totally irritated . At least be professional and courteous. Comfort Inn in my state was very clean and staff was friendly. This place looked like ghost town. Not that many vehicles at all in the parking lot but sold out other floors . I get it this may be considered extended stay with whatever living there . Totally apolled and stepped down to even stay there. Loud noise of folks arguing all night . I almost just left and threw my luggage down the stairs but I had computer equipment the same night I checked in . Called housekeeper to get me some towels and come get trash . The individual didn’t dump trash . Was horrible. Trash stayed in room the whole time . Totally unsanitary . Dust everywhere in bathroom . I had sanitizer I threw in shower uhhh I’m tired of discussing this nightmare

332 room number The restroom, the bathtub the water wouldn’t go down The heater wasn’t working and wires were exposed The interior is falling apart walls are all messed up No remote and code internet,try to call downstairs no answer!!! Elevator is not working had to walk three flights of stairs to our room 😡 The icemaker wasn’t working I spoke to Nelson in morning and told him all the problems we had with his hotel he only said sorry!!!

The room smelled like fresh cigarettes. There were stains on the carpet, on the bed and the lamp. Every single piece of furniture was visibly dirty. The towels that were provided were dirty and had hair on them. We had to go buy our own towels, cleaning supplies and air fresheners. To top it all off, there was a lipstick kiss stain on our door. The stay was absolutely terrible. And will never be back.

I went to my room, no door knob/lock. Next room, no remote and tv didn't work. Next room, tv didn't work. Next room, heat didn't work. Finally 5th try, everything worked. Terrible experience. At 1 point the front desk guy said do you need a tv? Really? What else is there to do in a hotel room? Run don't walk from this place. Wasn't even offered some kind of discount for the repeated inconvenience.

This stay was a nightmare! The elevators didnt work, there were no vending machines & ice machines did not work. Eventually there was no runnin water! Or carport lights, so basically your just paying for a bed to sleep in.

The elevator was broken, cigarette burns in the toilet seat, ashes smeared into the walls everywhere, the whole 4th floor smelled like cigarettes, there was blood on the lamp shade, beer cans and trash in the hallways thrown around, I wouldn’t stay here again. It was quiet over night though.

The elevator was not working and rooms were available only on the 5th floor. We were not informed before checking in about it. Had to climb stairs with luggage. The bedsheet had hole in it. Shampoo bottle was empty in the room. The staff was also not helpful.

The property had several repairs going. The smoke detector in the room was covered up in plastic, there was condensation stains on the ceiling. The towels were poor quality. The gym room was small, and minimal equipment.
