Customer service is terrible! We have stayed at this location multiple times, technically every time we come to Dallas. Hilton honors members and always stay at Hilton locations, especially this location. Unfortunately, with the recent winter storm, we couldn’t safely make it into Dallas for our stay (3 rooms with 6 nights total). I called 3-4 days before the stay (when the weather was confirmed to be too dangerous) and again when it actually started to shut Dallas down to ask about rescheduling our trip to the following weekend (didn’t need a refund). The staff was so rude, could care less about the weather and safety of its patrons saying “it’s not our problem. We have to make money too”. I could understand if we asked for a full refund, but we did not. We were still coming to spend money at their bar, restaurant, etc. Never again after the way we were treated, to any Hilton facility.

The staff was kind. However there was ripped carpet and window shade in our room. Also-the internet quit working in our room so we were not able to watch any tv apps or connect to WiFi. The hotel staff restarted our tv but that did not help. It was frustrating.
