Nice but needs updates

It was nicely decorated but could use some updates. Tub and furnishings were old wirh visible signs of wear and tear. Bathrooms are small and water pressure is weak. The Italian restaurant downstairs is expensive and the coffee is awful! The views of the park was nice and the staff was friendly. Damian feom security was the best at returning my lost items.

I had to check out of the hotel at 5 a.m. for an early departure, and I was honestly dreading the usual hassle of dealing with parking at that hour. But the valet service here completely turned that around. The valet driver was incredibly efficient and friendly, making the entire process seamless. It was such a relief to have one less thing to worry about during such an early, hectic start to the day. This level of service really stood out and made my experience much smoother.
