Although the hotel was very nice, the staff was the best part for our experience there. They were always there with excellent advice and help. Place is a bit pricey, but it was very comfortable and had some nice extras in the room like fruit sparkling water, etc. Be careful with the alcohol fridge, as if you only take out one to look at, it be charged to your account. The cost of a little wine bottle is 30 dollars. We made that mistake, but the staff quickly adjusted our bill.

The DCH feels like a second home. From Aisha at the front desk to Martin in The Doyle, the staff is fabulous. The hotel is well managed and maintained. And the amenities are great.
