Absolutely outstanding! We came on a busy Valentine's weekend, but all the staff were super-helpful and the whole place buzzed with efficient excitement! We had a speedy check-in and enjoyed a scrumptious afternoon tea (very highly recommended.) Then we had drinks by the fire-pit. Romantic! Our room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. And breakfast in the morning was great, with more brilliant service. A truly memorable stay!

Room was in good condition for the price. But it was so loud as there was a party on downstairs and guests were shouting for hours in the corridor outside the room. I would recommend the hotel put up some signs to ask for guests to be considerate of others when in the corridors. I should imagine Coppid Beech have lots of events and this would be a common problem. Additional I did have some animal welfare concerns about the size of the tanks for the fish. The fish are too big for the tanks and don't appear to have much space to turn and thrive. I have reported this to the RSPCA for inspection.
