This was my and my family's second time staying at this location, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. All of the staff are SO friendly and courteous. I always enjoy this Element hotel, friendly,bery nice staff, professional, cleanliness is extremely important to me. Even this time I used the laundry room and I was impressed, it also was clean, my only suggestion would be to put better signs so when guest use the dryers they clean the lint traps also the area to add detergent can stand a cleaning but otherwise, all is always awesome!!! Great staff and hotel
