They have. A parking for about only 30-40 cars anything above that you have to park in underground parking lot, which is ok because there is elevators that go to hotel. When we got there security was knocked out in his car asleep mouth open and all. Top flight security of the world. Upon arrival there were 3 homeless people sleeping in garage. We parked unloaded and yet ran into a 4th homeless that was watching us we had kids and my. Wife so they were a bit spooked. We made it to room next night kid forgot charger in vehicle so I (thank god) ran to car to get it and there was homeless guy. Sleeping between my vehicle and another. We checked it a day earlier and left to another hotel. And the hotel can’t even try to reimburse me or anything my family didn’t feel safe here. We checked out a while day early. We won’t ever stay here again. Guy at front acted like it was my fault we were leaving. Very outdated hotel

Pure insanity and the absolute worst hospitality at the absolute worst time. I am beyond let down with Embassy Suits. My mother died, I had to drop everything and drive six hours to her. Then drive another 5 hours to Dallas. I booked the Embassy Suits around 10pm while driving from Lubbock to Dallas. I called the hotel twice with no answer. Finally called again and the front desk answered. I told him I was driving from a different city and I would not physically be there to check in until around 4am. He told me no and that they would be canceling my reservation at 2am if I was not there. He then told me I had to make and pay for a new reservation for the day but that when doing so I could not check in until 3pm!!! Roughly 11 hours after I got there. At this point I am driving in pitch black in the middle of no where after signing off for my mom’s body and driving all over the state. And this guy is telling me I do t have a place to sleep and just wasted money. Asked to speak to a manager. He said they were not available. He said the inky thing I could do was call Expedia and see if they could digitally check me in. So called Expedia while driving in middle of no where by myself in the dark. Got ahold of them. They could not do a digital check in. Expedia called embassy suits. They talked to the same hotel front desk guy. And they were shocked as well. He told them the same. Still no refund. Had to book another hotel. Wasted time and money during a stressful time.

I had a unique experience at this hotel—woken up at 6 AM by a fire alarm and forced to leave our room for an hour with no communication from staff. The hotel looks nice with decent suites, but the service was terrible and the stay was a nightmare for my family!

The property was very outdated, dark and dank. The bath tub in our room kept bubbling back up with debris and hair. Molding in bathroom was dirty and looked like there was past water damage. Caulking around sink was cracking and coming out. Spent 4 nights and no one even asked or attempted to clean our room. All the common areas around the lobby had dead plants or areas where plants should have been just had dirt. The elevators on one side of the building did not work for a day.

Honestly the worst experience aside from the one staff member that checked me in. I would want a refund the room smelled like mildew the pool looked greenish/yellow and the ac in the room did not work I called the front desk several times with just being told I’ll call you back or I talked to maintenance and he said he will be up well never showed up and never got a cold room slept with no blankets just to stay cool .

The only reason why I’m even given this a good rating and not excellent is because early in the morning the fire alarm went off and I guess I was the only one who took it seriously, but I evacuated like the alert was telling me to do with its voice and I went outside And I was pretty much the only one that went out there the only other person was smoking after 10 minutes I go inside to the front desk and that’s when they tell me oh this was just a test I mean they could’ve gone and told me but it woke me up then I had to go back upstairs and get comfortable again and I overslept and they had to come wake me up to ask me to leave That was unacceptable to me. They could’ve come outside and let the people know that actually evacuated that it was a test or notify us on the speakerphone to evacuate that it was just a test still to wake us up was unacceptable. They could’ve waited between the hours of noon and three when they don’t allow check-in to do the test

I will be back here.

It is a really nice hotel. The front desk manager isn’t very personable but he’s not rude, just very direct. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and tidy.
