We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was exactly what we needed for our family visit - comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Simply beautiful - we have stayed at a few of these and this by far - raised the bar for expectations. Warm, cozy and perfectly appointed for a close-knit family. The layout of this home was perfect for small chats in the corner coves and game time in the open area. Perfect place to stay for the weekend while in town to celebrate my granddaughter.

Beautiful home for family getaway

We were looking for a property with a pool in the Dallas area for a getaway for three adults. The home is beautifully updated with ample room and amenities for up to a large family, and is located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. It is also close to the freeways for travel to sites around the Dallas area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cookware. We enjoyed the pool, however wished there was more than one chaise lounge. There were several pool floats available in the garage. Overall we would highly recommend this property!

Lovely suburban home

This is a lovely property. The kitchen is beautifully appointed, and we had a selection of K-cup coffee and tea, perfect for our group. Neighborhood is great for walking. 20 min to downtown Dallas, 20 min to almost anywhere in Carrollton or Plano, easily accessible groceries at Krogers. Warning: the couch is addicting, you may not be able to get up. Garage and driveway are alley-accessed in the back.

Nice weekend getaway

It's a nice pool house for the whole family which we enjoyed. My only issue was once I received check-in information, I also received an itemized list of the cost to replace items if we stained any of the bed/bath linens or carpet and furniture. We were told that food and drinks are only to be in the kitchen or dining areas. If that information had been listed with the booking, I probably would not have rented this house. The grandkids we took with us were 3, 5, 7 and we were constantly reminding them to stay at the table with food and drinks. It would have been nice to know all that before booking. Everything else was fine.
