The hotel is very well located in the middle of town. We came when the street was blocked because of a parade. I wish they had let us know in advance so we could find a different parking arrangement. Otherwise a very nice stay.

A perfect, safe stay in downtown Dallas! Very conveniently located. The room was perfect and the breakfast the following morning had variety in their offerings. The staff were very helpful as well.

The hotel has a great location but the customer service over the phone is not the best. I also didn’t like the mattress they definitely need to be updated housekeeping took almost an hour to deliver extra towels and one of them had BLOOD on them. Overall this hotel got the job done but would definitely stay somewhere else next time.
