Horrible customer service. I called a day ahead saying my reservation was incorrect and they had more than enough time to make my room available to book and they refused. Wasted almost $300. I typically choose Hilton but will think twice now

The property is old and tired. Dirty carpet, old tiles around bathtub, blobbed on caulk to hide the old you could see under caulking, cracked tiles from putting on Han Ndrails, internet never connected, tv that only plays network, no apps and pillows that are so soft, they are useless. Let’s not forget the “free breakfast” that charges $3.00 for a pastry. Overall, the feel is old and tired, staff was completely uninterested in helping. Either, step up or say goodbye to the industry.your prices are just as high as everyone else with better inns to stay in.
