The tub was filthy. The shower would not drain properly and water was up to my shin. They moved my room and the issue was there also. When I asked the night shift they told me the manager/maintenance would be in to address it. The next morning when I inquired about service they said because of the holiday no one could assist me. I checked out and am currently still waiting on a refund for the unused nights.

Good, Safe place near Dallas

It was a great experience and staff was very helpful. The elevator was down the entire time but they had someone there to help carry luggage. And he was great. No issues or anything. A good, safe place to stay near Dallas.

EXCELLENT!

The hotel stay was excellent! Clean, and the staff was super friendly! Tina Marie who served the breakfast was amazing! She always welcomed my family and 3 small kids with warm hello's, talked to them, gave them crayons and pictures to color, and each day she had a small toy for them! She was the best! The pool was super clean and fun, the front desk was outstanding, and on another occasion, one of the front desk staff brought my kids pop-its. Such a one-off excellent, experience! They had warm cookies every day, and a abundance of breakfast, including unlimited amounts of bacon, which my kids loved. We'll definitely be back!
