The gentleman at the front desk was great, very friendly and quick to get me to my room. The room was quite the disappointment. It appeared clean but stains on the carpet, bathroom needs updating and shower caulking was peeling and moldy. We have stayed at a Home2 Suites in Lubbock TX and it was fabulous. A lot of tender loving care needs to go into updating and maintaining the Plano Home2 Suite place. The food was a real disappointment as well.

I really liked this stay. It was a home away from home. The check in was not fussy at all and they had a convenient luggage cart to help me get my things in my room. The room was nice and well lit with amenities that were just right. The shower was clean and had great water pressure. I would definitely stay again.

Great relaxation.

It was the first time staying at this brand of hotel & I was amazed on how great it was. Customer service was awesome, the area was great as restaurants were walking distances, the parking area was well lit & the room was amazing. Very clean & well kept. The breakfast was great & will definately be staying at more of this brand hotel.
