Spiderweb Takeover

The employees exemplified high customer service standards. The stay would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the excessive spider web infestation in all outdoor common areas. The webs were huge and in some of them you could see the large spiders that created them. This made it uncomfortable to sit outdoors (near pool and in the front). We did notify the front desk of this complaint as well and the employee did take note of our concern.
