Ok. For price and name not good. Construction was going on and hotel does not have good sign for outsiders. They should put better sign and or talk to city. Food was not par. Coffee was cold and toast was terrible. Too crowded.

All of the staff seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and were very friendly. I would give it 5 stars but the train track that is right outside of the hotel makes the hotel very noisy especially at night. We were on the 8th floor and could also hear a lot of noise from the 2nd floor food places.

the room and facilities were beautiful, my only complaint for the entire trip was that there are not many breakfast options and it was FREEZING everywhere in the hotel. Uncomfortably cold. In all hallways, the lobby and common areas. It was warmer outside than it was in the hotel. This may not be a negative to most people but my toes kept going numb I was so cold.
