Upon arriving, the hotel is located in an industrial area off of the freeway. Hotel looks ok on the outside. Once I walked in it had a 70s decor but was clean. I did notice an odor which was throughout the hotel. The room was pretty basic but clean. I looked out the window to see a small homeless camp by the fence. Our 2 day stay was okay but I do feel it is overpriced. No breakfast and there also is a club/bar located there so there were many in the parking lot for the club which I felt a bit uncomfortable. Be careful in the restroom the floor is extremely slippery as you step out. It was decent but the smell was pretty annoying.

Clogged Toilet

My daughter and I were staying the night due to her cheer competition in Arlington. We decided to go to the Hotel Restaurant and it was more of a club setting with loud music and not very welcoming for diners. We woke up and our toilet had over flowed. We had to go to the lobby bathroom for my daughter and I spoke with the front desk. They asked if I would like a new room or someone to plunge the toilet. Since we were going to be checking out in a couple hours, I asked for someone to come plunge the toilet. The front desk attendant handed me a toilet plunger in a garage bag to plunge the toilet myself. It was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in the past 20 years.

It was pretty trashy. Looks like the whole construction budget was spent on the lobby. The rooms are not nice. Everything smelled like weed. Cigarette? burns in the curtains and bed spread. Toilet seat was broken. Doesn't look like there's a maintenance staff.

Almost there!!

Most everything was great. The only glitch was the restaurant. It was supposed to open at 6:00 but at 6:15 the door was still locked. They were very polite and helpful but seemed to be very disorganized. The food was very slow to come out. We were late for a nearby concert.
