Great location in the heart of downtown!

Great stay and fabulous location! Upgraded to a suite with a kitchen. Complaint: limited cookware and kitchen supplies. Had to call to get silverware. No skillets or baking sheets? Went grocery shopping only to discover the next morning our fridge didnt work. They fixed it and comped part of our stay, thank you! Older hotel but loved the history and decor. Great layout and super location! Perfect for sightseeing. Used public transportation the whole time as it was easily accessible.

Our room only had one window which was hidden and didn’t allow any sunshine through at any point during the day. Our blanket had multiple holes in it and the toilet was constantly running.

The hotel was not the nicest place I have stayed at. As soon as you walk in the door and walk around you can tell it’s a older but kept building, a lot would assume that it is a fancy hotel but I quickly realized it was far from it. when we walked in and went to the receptionist she was super monotone and straight faced and barely gave us any information on anything and simply gave us the card keys, a piece of paper with amenity information and told us what room number we were staying in. When we got to the room the only two things I found nice about it was the view and the bathroom because the bathroom has been nicely renovated but everything else was outdated. The “40 inch tv with premium channels” was more of a 25 inch with barely any good channels, a coffee table in the room looked old and was wobbly and I noticed a lot of damage from previous guests in the room that weren’t fixed up and considering they charge a $100 incidental fee, that’s not good. I’ve spent way less money on a nicer hotel in a nicer area and would recommend not wasting your money on this place!
