Valet service was great. Front desk were very professional. The hotel looked very good. The room was enough for a night stay. The only thing I would say is I couldn't turn the AC off. There seemed to be no thermostat so it was freezing cold. Other than that the service was great.

The room could have been cleaner. The staff was fine, it would have been nice to have a microwave and blow dryer in the room. There was a raw sewage smell the second morning. I thought the toilet would over flow but it didn't.

Very nice room but lighting in the room was really bad. You had to open the curtains plus the blinds to get decent light in the room. And the bathroom lighting was just as bad. Good location close to public transport and restaurants. Great coffee place just off lobby which had excellent coffee. Had to ask for them to clean rooms as it is not done automatically each day as with other hotels I have visited.

Dallas definitely has a visible unhoused population sleeping in the streets at night in downtown, around the hotel. The room was a little worn for the wear but overall clean and comfortable—and located in a great part of the city.
