Easy check in process! Never had to speak to human and directions are very detailed. Beautiful room with lots of space to spread out and relax. Gorgeous views of the city from the 50th floor! We will definitely stay here again!

The room itself was consistent with a good 3-star hotel. The view from the 49th floor was a 10/10. The parking garage was not well marked and despite their instructions, I had to circle the block twice as the street was busy--but I found it on the third try. Taking 3 different elevators to get to my room was also a bit of a challenge the first time with no one there to guide me. The gym/workout facility was also a 10/10. But charging Mint House guests $30/night for parking when the posted public rate is $24/24 hours seems an odd choice. Overall, decent, but likely won't go back for another stay.
