This hotel concept is one of the best I’ve ever seen or experienced. The staff goes overboard to serve you. Angel, the fellow at the reception desk, is awesome. This apartment features Fisher & Paykel appliances, and a Summit induction cooktop. The bedding and towels are extremely comfortable, and the toiletries and cleaning products are excellent. Your 3-1-1 bag need not include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or lotion. What is provided is from the company Public Goods. For the kitchen, there is dish soap cleaner and dishwasher pods furnished for you. For your laundry needs, there is a full sized stacked Fisher & Paykel washer and dryer. Laundry detergent pods are provided as well. For entertainment, there is a record player and a selection of records for your easy listening pleasure. The television was a Samsung model. With the Samsung apps, I could log into my YouTube account and my MLB TV account (make sure you log out). With my iPhone, I could stream content to the television such as my Hulu account. The apartment has wood flooring, the living area has a throw rug carpet, the bathroom has a dimpled floor pattern to prevent slipping, and the room has a fantastic view. To get to your apartment, you take two elevators. The first elevator will take you to the 48th floor. The reception desk is there. From the 48th floor you can take a separate elevator to the 49th or 50th floor. Check your email for instructions and a key code.

Very comfortable with an eagles' nest view of downtown Dallas and beyond. As I had read in reviews before going, walls are thin in places, so best for a quiet getaway. Plenty to do within walking distance.
