For a suite at an upper end hotel, the bedding, mattress and pillows were horrific! Therefore for two nights neither of us slept. Left exhausted and far from relaxed!!! So very disappointing for our anniversary celebration to have even one thing not perfect!

The Omni is in a great location. The hotel is close enough to Dallas and the surrounding suburbs. The property has been updated and the staff has always been extremely helpful. There are a lot of dining options within walking distance, along with the being close to the dining and entertainment options at the Toyota Music Factory.

We had a late check-in, which is something we’re used to and had no issue with. Unfortunately, the experience later that night was extremely uncomfortable. The bed was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to get any real rest, resulting in a horrible night. For the price of this hotel, we expected a much higher level of comfort. While the check-in itself was fine, the lack of comfort significantly impacted our overall experience and is the main reason for the lower rating.
