I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Omni Las Colinas Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and everyone made me feel genuinely taken care of. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt luxurious, and the view of Lake Carolyn was such a peaceful bonus. Everything felt upscale yet relaxing at the same time. The location is perfect — close to great restaurants, scenic walking paths, and just a short drive from Dallas. The pool area and outdoor spaces were especially stunning, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a classy, comfortable, and memorable stay in Las Colinas!

I enjoyed my stay at the Omni Las Colinas. The room was amazing, the view of Las Colinas was beautiful. I brought my wife here for valentines and she enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel restaurant was very nice and the food was great, the hostess were kind and friendly. The hotel staff were amazing as well and the guest room service was on point. We will be visiting again.

we went to be together and watch movies at night after spending a day out. TV did not want to play any channel but the Omni channel due to no signal. The plug on one of the sides of the bed wasnt working, the night staff was loud in the middle of the night and we were on 27th floor.

I was not informed that check in closed at midnight. The reservation should not have been accepted, as it was made close to midnight and I was still at the Dallas Fort Worth airport involved in the bad weather chaos. I was not able to get to the hotel until at least 3 a.m and did not get to the hotel at all. I did not get to any hotel. Please cancel the charge.
