We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly. The only complaint I have is the shower head. It’s time for an upgrade or a cleaning. The pressure was not good and it would just switch the spray pattern on its own.

Tru in The Colony is in a perfect location with shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was amazing going above and beyond! Extra shout out to West who made us feel like family! Super clean and comfy! Already booked another stay at Tru by Hilton!

The breakfast was very limited. The eggs had peppers and other vegetables in them. It would be better just regular eggs. Pancake machine was out and took a while to get the machine working.

For the most part, our rooms were good. The staff was friendly, and everything functioned properly. My only complaints are that oke of our bath towels had pinkish/red stains on it, and one of the other rooms I booked reportedly had an abundance of mold that was reported to management.

The staff was amazing. There was no water pressure in our room. My shower took almost 30 minutes just to get the soap sprinkled off of me. I finally got an ice bucket and attempted to fill it with water just so i could rinse off. Several were questioning the situation at breakfast. It wasnt just us. I asked to be moved but they claimed it was city wide problem.
