Room wasnt cleaned well prior to stay.hair in bathtub and stuff on the floor.other than that ,average hotel.breakfast bar was ok also,ketchup packets were all stuck together and sticky.the little things do matter.and we didnt have anyone ask to clean up the room everyday or at peast take trash and replace towels,i had to do that everyday during my three day stay.

The hotel was great. Met our needs for an extended overnight layover. Bed comfortable and room very clean. Left too early to comment on breakfast. Coffee was available for us though. Shuttle driver on return to airport wouldn’t take us to our terminal and dropped us all off at the first terminal.

The room was great clean and very comfortable. The Hotel was great. The Shuttle Service and communication for getting the Shuttle Service was a big problem. Expedia did not provide the number for the Shuttle Service. I called 3 numbers and most hung up on me. I was very unhappy. Cabs are $30. No bargain and breakfast is not available until 6am. Be sure to get contact info for Shuttle.

My stay was overnight, but the staff was great. There are lots of places nearby so it's walkable. My only complaint would be the air was loud when it was on and sometimes I was hot before it came back on. Other than that my stay was great. The shower was strong and hot and I slept great!

Too much light

The room was nice, but I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have black out curtains. The curtains were sheer and let the light in at night and the sun in the morning. Couldn’t get much rest due to that.

Would have appreciated more clarity on shuttle transportation. I arrived thinking it would be pretty automatic but learned I had to call for the airport shuttle. Great in all other aspects
