With underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, and a spacious living room with a corner sofa, it offers comfort year-round. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, and the house is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.
The enclosed garden has a fire pit, sun loungers, and garden furniture, creating an ideal setting for outdoor relaxation. Various outdoor games are available for family fun in the garden.
Just 100 meters from the house, you’ll find a child-friendly beach with a pier. The scenic area around the house is perfect for long walks, cycling, and coastal relaxation.
