Ca Na Julieta is an old fisherman house.
It is idealy situated on the cliff, overlooking the sea and has direct access to the famous beach " Cala Deià" , 5mn walking on a private pass.
From the terrace you'll enjoy the breathtaking views to the Tramuntana coast, the limitless sight and will start to enter into serenity.
Living in such a beautiful atmosphere is a privilege we are happy to share.
The house has been recently refurbished and offers all the comfort and luxury of a modern home in a landscape made of stone, vegetal and water.

Pure Magic

Our weeklong stay at Can Na Julietta in Deia was nothing short of pure magic. My wife and I spent a week enjoying perhaps the best view from a vacation rental we've ever seen. Cala Deia is simply heaven on earth and the house is the perfect perch to take it all in. The house has a rustic but very clean feel and blends in perfectly with the seaside cliff. The pool is perectly positioned to watch the water and boats below while high up enough to catch the sea breeze and keep things cool. We used the well equipped kitchen every night to cook up local foods from the nearby market and enjoyed cocktails on the veranda as the sun set over the cove.Despite the Cala below being extremely popular and sometimes very crowded, Can Na Julietta always felt private and secluded, but with good people watching opportunities from the various boats/swimmers in the water below. If you're looking for a place the get away from all of the noise and drink in the beauty of Mallorca, this is it. Communication with Elena, our host, was remarkable and she and her husband were available for everything we needed. She sent very clear directions on how to arrive including photos. And yes, as other reviews have said, you should rent the smallest car possible because the road down to the house is verry small and there are lots of other cars with peoplel trying to access the beach. But, the adventure is worth it! Thank you for a magical week, we are already dreaming of coming back someday in the future!

Perfect home base to explore Mallorca

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Can Na Julietta. The home was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our adult children enjoyed having their own separate living quarters downstairs and we all enjoyed the spectacular view. Our favorite activity was walking into town via the footpath and stopping for coffee at S'Hortet. Anne-Marie was very responsive and helpful. Can not recommend enough!

Everything was perfect. The small town of Deia, the view, the house, it really couldn't have been better. The house was very comfortable, we ended up spending more time there than we anticipated, because it had everything we needed. There's a couple of small grocery stores nearby to keep the kitchen stocked.

Upon arrival at this property, we thought.. ‘wow, we struck gold with this place.’ The views were nothing short but amazing. The house was clean and updated. They had everything we needed. The coolest part is that you’re able to walk down to the beach, and across to the famous Cala Deia restaurant. Too bad it was closed while we were there though, but nonetheless, it was a treat. We hiked up through the trails and found the most beautiful sunset.Anne Marie and Elena are the best hosts!! We asked for recommendations of places to eat, and Anne Marie took the time to researywhich places were open (we went during Dec holidays, so most places were closed). When we first arrived, Elena met us at Deia supermarket and showed us the way to the property. Thank goodness cause it would have been tricky for us to find. Elena was also gracious enough to show us around the property. All in all, we give them 10 stars. We are so grateful we found this property.

We had an amazing time staying at this property! The house was gorgeous the view was amazing and the overall general area is very charming. We had a lovely relaxing time on the terraces and by the pool. And hope to return again one day soon. The owners and concierge staff were very easy to deal with before and during our stay. It is truly an incredible privilege to be able to stay in a place like this!

An amazing place in beautiful Deia. Only 1 of 4 homes down by the beach cove. Spectacular views. Updated and modern home and everything is perfect…from the infinity pool, to the modern kitchen, and did I mention the view. You are also a minute walk along the water to a famous 100 year old restaurant where you can eat amazing seafood with a glass of wine. It doesn’t get better than this.

Can Carlota is a beautiful property situated on a cliffside looking straight out to Cala Deia. We stayed here for a week as we got married in Son Marroig so it was the perfect getting ready space and we got some gorgeous pictures on the terrace. The views are breathtaking and waking up to that every morning was an incredible experience. Elena was really helpful throughout our stay. We had a slight issue in that in the peek months, police actually don’t let cars down into Cala Deia between the hours of 11-4pm so a trip to the police station was needed in order to get people down to the villa pre wedding, so something to bear in mind if you’re wanting visitors. The road down is super tight so I’d recommend getting a small car and not driving in peek hours too. There’s no TV’s in the villa, not that we minded because it’s so gorgeous and weren’t needed but if you have kids who need entertaining, bring iPads! I’d also do a big shop in Soller prior to heading to the villa as there aren’t big supermarkets nearby. Overall if you’re looking for quiet time, a beautiful setting and plenty of pool time, stay in Can Carlota. You won’t be disappointed.

Deià Mallorca

Incredible place to relax and unwind. We woke up each day to breakfast on the patio and enjoyed the great view of the Mediterranean, boats, swimmers and sunbathers enjoying the waters below. Great infinity pool with some privacy and comfortable lounge chairs to soak up some sunshine. The kitchen had all of the essentials and was easy to work in as a couple. The living room view captured all of the scenic beauty and if you sat inside you were very nearly outside with the doors open. We only closed the living room doors at night for sleeping. We used the daily walk into Deià on the trails for groceries as an opportunity to get some exercise and enjoyed it. I would love to return and spend more time in Deià.

Best vacation home I have ever stayed at!

We were blown away with how incredible this home is. The photos don’t even begin to describe how gorgeous it is. The views, the house itself, the Cala and seafood restaurant just one minute’s walk away… We will absolutely be returning to Deià just to stay here again. Don’t bother looking at any other rentals. Book this and you won’t ever want to leave the house! (But still, hike up into Deià and visit the other small villages; Mallorca is heaven.)

Mallorca Paradise

My wife and I had planned a month long vacation with our sights set on Mallorca for cycling and relaxation… Finding our Cala Deià home for three weeks proved to be everything we were seeking and more. The location is wonderful and the view is heavenly, seeming almost unreal at times. Our house was perfect. Again, more than we had anticipated despite the obviously attractive photos in the listing. It was classic with modern touches, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything we needed. We imagined eating out more often but dined in for 21 of our 23 days, enjoying the space and efficient kitchen to its fullest. The two small markets in Deià had everything we needed for provisions including fresh produce, daily baked breads and enough food and wine selections to create delicious meals nightly. Access to the Cala and house is a small adventure on each occasion but after a couple of days it felt routine. The location itself feels very exclusive and the access to the sea was an easy walk along a private pathway. Despite our mid-November timing we had a number of days suitable for swimming and took full advantage of this. As road cyclists who love to climb it was challenging but heavenly in a way that was rewarding for the incredibly scenic rides - well worth effort. Our hosts Anne Marie and Elena answered every question and assisted us as needed from the initial booking to our departure day. Thank you both! It was a perfect and we can’t wait to return. 🙏

What a lovely place with the BEST view! Ocean lullaby put one to sleep every night. Stayed for a week. Short walk or drive into village. Close to many attractions. Ann Marie our hostess was so helpful with reservations and taxi.

The most incredible location

We LOVED our stay here so much. Every single detail of the house and the design is just perfection - from the rainhead showers, to the lights, to the comfy couch and the fully stocked kitchen... It was maybe the best vacation house we've ever visited. Having access to Cala Deia was fantastic, and the pool at the house was also amazing if we felt like having some privacy. You do need to make sure you have a very small car to access the road/driveway in, but as long as you're not accessing the road at prime time (11 AM - 3 PM), you can pretty much avoid traffic/crowds coming in to the Cala. We loved having the ability to cook our own food or drop down to the lunch spot on the water every day, but also being a 20-30 minute hike into Deia if we wanted to explore town. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfectly Deia in every way!

We are so incredibly grateful that you shared your magical home with us! The home’s attention to detail, design, and architecture is absolutely impeccable… no expense was spared in the renovation and it shows. Not only were we able to enjoy sun-filled days in the sea, the pool, and the patios… but we hunkered down through an incredible storm and felt perfectly at home. Our host’s recommendations have been spot on and appreciate Anne-Marie’s willingness to help with a lunch reservation and taxi... incredible hosts! As far as we are concerned, this home is the most magical spot on the island, and we are sure to return in the future!

Perfect stay

This villa, our stay and particularly our host Anne-Marie exceeded all our expectations. This was a 5 night stay for a special anniversary. The villa is immaculate. It exceeds expectations from the description ( usually this is not the case) We were welcomed. The house is beautifully decorated. The personal touches and candles on arrival made a real difference. We had 5 nights of perfect rest and relaxation in such a peaceful place. The view is spectacular. The whole experience was simply one of the best holidays I have had and just what was needed. My only hesitancy in recommending it so highly is that I won’t get a booking next year ! Thank you Anne-Marie for all the arrangements and help. This place was perfect.

Wow—what an incredible place

Best place we’ve ever stayed at—totally magical. Be warned—the last two miles of driving take some confidence. But the view, the house, the beach make it totally worth it.
