Excellent team of professionals facilitating a warm and welcome environment. Enjoyed the vast selection of food items for breakfast as well as dinner. The chefs are to be commended for the delicious and diverse fairs. The servers are very attentive and ensure ease of service at every meal. This applies to both Ssence and Sampan, the two restaurants on the property.

excellent secure hotel

stayed here as was hotel where my group trip would start and came a day early. About 40 minutes from airport, and very tight security to enter hotel-guard at gate, bag and body scanning done-arrived late night. easy check in, room was large, very clean, well appointed-really lovely. restaurant had wonderful buffet style meals-food excellent with many choices. neighborhood outside of hotel dusty, shabby shops, lots of traffic on busy road-didn't feel safe to wander as a woman alone.

It is a beautiful elegant old hotel. The only problem was that it does not have heat and I visited during the cold part of winter. Ask them for a space heater when you arrive and they will give you one. It is a bit noisy as it is on a Main Street. But the rooms, dining area, included breakfasts, and the like were great. Fantastic coffee in the coffee/tea shop in the lobby.
