Rental villa in Denia. Set amongst beautiful, spacious lawned gardens, this comfortably furnished, traditional property is set on the outskirts of Denia, backing into to the area of Corral de Calafat. A few local amenities can be found within a short walk whilst the centre of town and a sandy beach can be reached within a five minute drive. With capacity for 6 people. The plot, with aprox. 900m. has parking, built-in barbecue, lawn, covered terrace, natural shade, private pool 8x4m. with roman and metal stairs..inside with lounge with satellite T.V., dining facilities and patio doors, kitchen with washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with bathtub.

Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante. It is the ideal place to discover this part of Spain, the coast as well as the beautiful inland valleys and mountains landscapes and villages. From Denia you also can sail to Ibiza or enjoy Benidorm´s theme parks. Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swim or for a dive. Beaches with sand, rocks, coves, many of them with Blue Flags of the clean Seas of Europe. Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and it offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on. Denia offers many possibilities like shopping, going to “La lonja” the typical fishers market place, visiting the castle, walking in the prestigious area of the Montgo Natural Park with fantastic views to the coast. Denia is a gastronomical city. You will find a typical Mediterranean cuisine made with healthy and fresh ingredients from this area like tapas and countless ways to prepare rices like the famous “paella”. La casa necesita un lavado de cara. Colchones inaceptables, sin aire acondicionado se pasa mucho calor. Limpieza pésima. Piscina muy bien. La ubicación de la vivienda no es muy buena, hay que coger coche para todo.

Casa bien situada en zona tranquila y cerca de Denia y todos los servicios. Bien equipada.....la única pega los colchones ( necesitan renovarse)pero en general muy bien.Recomendada.

La casa esta situada en un sitio tranquilo, donde no hay ruidos, se descansa y desconecta. No tiene wifi, te proporcionan un aparato con wifi que dura poco, en cuanto intentas ver una película se funden los datos rápido. La casa estaba limpia, aparte necesita reformas, esta cuidada pero es muy antigua. El césped estaba seco, un poco de agua le vendría bien. La barbacoa es estupenda. Al llegar había alguna luz fundida y faltaba algún utensilio, nos pusimos en contacto con la agencia que lo gestiona (Deniasol), y lo resolvieron de inmediato. El trato de la Agencia es excelente.

Me ha gustado todo. La villa muy completa en todos los apectos. Un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable. Fantastico para ir en familia. El personal super atentos y la atencion perfecta. Resuelven con rapidez cualquier necesidad. Han sido unos dias fantasticos. Todo genial. No se puede mejorar nada.
