Villa Molins is located just 400 meters from the sandy beach "Els Molins" in Dénia.



It is a comfortable and warm independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a fitted kitchen and a living room, and on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area has a private swimming pool as well as a pleasant terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your vacation with family or friends.

The villa is located in a residential area with all kinds of services, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

The villa's excellent location means that all destinations are within easy reach, both the beach which you can access on foot, as well as other towns and villages.



The long golden sandy beaches have made this part of Denia a favorite spot for families. Among the many tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca, Dénia is one of the most attractive, not only for its 20 km of coastline, but also for having a beautiful historic center and a great cultural heritage. Denia named "Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO" has countless restaurants, as well as shops and all kinds of entertainment. The port area is an ideal place to stroll and enjoy its view of the sea and its imposing castle.
