Beautiful townhouse nestled into the castle walls of the prestigious landmark of Denia.
From here you have easy access through the castle tunnel to the main shopping streets and the abundance of bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The stunning beaches of Las Marinas are just a 3 minute walk.
The property is divided over two floors, on entering the property you are in the lounge/dining room and kitchen. It is tastefully decorated with air conditioning and pellet stove ( for the cold winter months) the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge freezer.
The second bedroom leads off the dining area and has an ensuite bathroom and overlooks the courtyard. The master bedroom is upstairs, also with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.
The property is available for winter rental and the utility consumption is charged additionally.
