The apartment has a standard capacity for 6 people, but offers the possibility of accommodating up to 8 people in total thanks to an independent studio on the same property (subject to availability), making it the ideal accommodation for both families and larger groups.



The interior of the dwelling has three spacious bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with double beds, including one with split air conditioning with heat pump, whilst the third bedroom has two single beds. To guarantee maximum comfort on summer days, the house has four fans strategically distributed in each of the rooms and in the lounge. Additionally, the property has two complete bathrooms equipped with shower. The lounge, equipped with television, connects with a fully equipped American gas kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. In terms of services, guests have access to a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and internet access via wifi.



In the outdoor area, the apartment has its own terrace and garden furniture to relax outdoors. The external grounds of the property have shared common areas that include two barbecues and an outdoor parking area within the same building.
