The balcony offers beautiful views of the surrounding greenery and the mountains. It is directly accessible from the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher.



In the living room, the entire window front can be opened, so that the living area acts like an additional balcony and creates a particularly open living feeling.



Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort even on hot summer days. The living room has a large ceiling fan and also offers a partial sea view.
