Beautiful house next to the beach Puerto Azul Doro

Beautiful chalet located in a beachfront residential complex. The house has its own fully enclosed garden with direct access to the community pool, which offers sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The residential complex has direct access to the beach, just 200m from the property.
This two-story chalet has capacity for 6 people and 300m2 of land. The garden is composed of lawn, lemon trees, hibiscus, and shrubs, in addition to a gas barbecue area.
Through a few steps we access the interior of the house where we find the living-dining room with satellite TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and exit to a fully furnished covered terrace leading to the garden.
The modern American kitchen has all the necessary amenities such as gas stoves, microwave with grill and built-in oven, water boiler, dishwasher, and a Philips Senseo coffee machine, in addition to a large refrigerator with independent freezer.
We continue on the ground floor where through 3 steps we access two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bidet where the washing machine and dryer are also located. One of the bedrooms has a bed of 180cmx200cm and the second bedroom has a bed of 160cmx200cm.
The third room is located on the upper floor and has a bed of 180cmx200cm. On the second floor we also find a bathroom with shower and bidet. The three described rooms have a ceiling fan and mosquito nets on all windows.
The house is also available during the coldest months because it has central gas heating.
The owner appreciates that no smoking is allowed inside the dwelling. Pets upon request. Covered parking for one vehicle on the same plot.
The distance to the beach is just 200m, restaurants 300m, supermarket 500m, and to the city center of Denia 5.5km.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

La casa tiene de todo, y es muy cómoda para la playa. Los puntos negativos, son las almohadas, que son muy malas, y que es necesario el aire acondicionado porque hace mucho calor sobre todo en las habitaciones.
