Beautiful chalet located in a first-line beach urbanisation. The house has its own fully enclosed garden with direct access to the communal swimming pool, which offers sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The urbanisation has direct beach access just 200m from the property.This two-storey chalet has capacity for 6 people and 300m2 of land. The garden is composed of lawn, lemon trees, hibiscus and shrubs, as well as a gas barbecue area.Through a few steps we access the interior of the house where we find the living-dining room with satellite TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fan and exit to a fully furnished covered terrace towards the garden.The modern American kitchen has all the necessary amenities such as gas hobs, microwave with grill and built-in oven, water boiler, dishwasher and a Philips Senseo coffee machine, as well as a large fridge with independent freezer.We continue on the ground floor where through 3 steps we access the two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bidet where the washing machine and dryer are also located. One of the bedrooms has a 180cmx200cm bed and the second bedroom a 160cmx200cm bed.The third bedroom is on the upper floor and has a 180cmx200cm bed. On the second floor we also find a bathroom with shower and bidet. The three described bedrooms have a ceiling fan and mosquito nets on all windows.The house is also available in the coldest months as it has central gas heating.The owner appreciates that no smoking is done inside the property. Pets upon request. Covered parking for one vehicle on the same plot.The distance to the beach is just 200m, restaurants 300m, supermarket 500m and to the city centre of Denia 5.5km.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
