A charming house surrounded by lawn and Mediterranean garden, with a private pool and impressive views of the sea and surroundings. The holiday home has been recently renovated and has all the essential amenities such as open kitchen, air conditioning, internet, new mattresses and pillows, etc. The tranquil pool terrace offers a beautiful setting with plenty of sun to relax and enjoy a holiday with family and friends. The garden has its chill out area where you will enjoy moments of relaxation, to have a snack or simply to meet with friends or family. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), open kitchen and a large living room. The villa is on one floor, but to access the house you have to go down some stairs. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
