Beautiful and nice holiday home with private pool in Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain, for 8 people. Casa Esmick is located on a corner plot in a quiet residential area at the foot of the Montgo, with views of the sea and the castle of Denia. Various beaches, the harbor and the center of Denia can be reached in a few minutes by car. Casa Esmick has been modernized over the last few years and is now equipped with all modern technology such as a full solar system, heat pumps and fast internet. A closed parking space and garage are also available to visitors. The furnishings are comfortable and modern and offer vacationers a nice and comfortable ambience. In the summertime, you can enjoy the expansive pool terrace with summer kitchen, barbecue and large dining table for the whole family - on the same level as the main apartment. In the cooler seasons, visitors appreciate the covered and glazed terrace at the front of the house with a wonderful view of the bay of Denia and the sea. On the lower floor there is a separate apartment with a large bed- and living room, small kitchenette, bathroom and toilet, with a separate entrance.

The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, spread over 2 levels (each with its own access). On the upper main floor - pool level - there are 3 bedrooms, one of them ensuite and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is the separate apartment with bedroom and bathroom. There is a beautiful garden with lawn and palm trees, as well as various terraces and lounges and seating areas spread around the house. To the front you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the bay. The proximity to the sandy beach Marineta Cassiana and the Las Marinas sandy beach is ideal. Shops, supermarkets and the center of Denia are nearby.

This wonderful holiday home is ideal for your family vacation or a smaller group of friends. Your pet is also welcome in Casa Esmick!
