Very large, cosy, comfortable house "Marakesh". In the resort 4 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: natural state property, large, well-kept garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 60 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, parking on the premises. Supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2.6 km, railway station 2.8 km, ferry 6 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 4 km. Sports harbour 4 km, surf school 4 km, sailing school 4 km, tennis 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
