Vacaciones perfectas

2 Terrazas una interior para tender, hacer barbacoa, la otra da a la piscina de la comunidad,es un primera planta, la ubicación es perfecta, la playa a 200mts, gasolinera al lado,restaurantes como Federico, Fernando, Deniarros muy cerca, Supermercado Aldi , buen sitio para aparcar, la estancia del apartamento esta muy bien, tiene aire en el comedor las dos habitaciones Ventilador. Muy recomendable

Die Wohnanlage mit je zwei Pools für Kinder und Erwachsene ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Die Wohnung selber müsste renoviert werden. Couch und Stühle müssten gereinigt werden. Denia ist eine angenehme Stadt und der Massentourismus hat bis jetzt noch nicht Einzug gehalten. Da wir viel unterwegs waren stört es nicht, dass das TV nur auf Spanisch zu empfangen ist. Das Meer ist ca. 150 m entfernt. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, Aldi ca. 300 m.
