For shared use: 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: property with lawn. Shop 300 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 400 m, bar 450 m, bus stop 800 m, railway station 6 km, ferry 6 km, sandy beach "Playa de les Bovetes" 700 m. Sports harbour 4.5 km, marina 4.5 km, sailing school 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
