Large, beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Jardines de Denia I", 2 storeys. In the resort 2.5 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (15 x 20 m, 35 m diameter, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 09:00-15:30 and 17:30-24:00). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, parking on the premises. Shop 70 m, supermarket 80 m, restaurant 60 m, café 80 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 3.3 km, ferry 2.7 km, sandy beach 250 m.
